Administrator Guidelines
How to Start Group
- Create a whatsapp group based on course, language and/or gender.
- The group setting should be only admins can post. The group should have no more than 3 admins. If one of the admin is busy or sick, the other admins can be a backup.
- Please add our whatsapp number +91 8897399399 as a participant and NOT AS ADMIN in the group. This is an important and mandatory step for registering the group with UQA. This is to ensure that we can guide you and also monitor the quality.
- Once the group is created, start inviting people within your circle to join your group.
How to Run Groups
- Follow the scheduled posts regularly as promised. Google calendar will help.
- Keep a log of complaints by the group members. Check the FAQ and respond. If any question is outside of FAQ, then you can send your concern(s) to whatsapp@understandquran.com for an official response.
- Respond to the group members’ queries within 24 hours to ensure full and complete participation.
- Be patient with the group members and use kind, warm and encouraging language. Remember, Shaitan will try his level best to distract you and the group members.
- UQA Whatsapp Courses are ABSOLUTELY FREE. UQA doesn’t charge and expects all those involved not to charge anything.
- Do not post anything other than UQA course links that we provide you.
- Do not post any appeals for funds or any other message on your behalf.
- Keep an eye on who is leaving the group. If someone is leaving, ask him politely the reason for his exit on a private window.
- Always check who is seeing the post and who is not. If someone is passive in the group, try to motivate him to learn the book of Allah.
- Take regular feedback from the group members on how to improve the processes and learning. Use a simple google form to collect feedback. Contact the Academy if you need more help.
- At the course completion, motivate the students to appear for Certification. Ask them to contact whatsapp@understandquran.com for the next steps on certification.

Course Description: Read Quran (RQ) is a simple and easy course suitable for children and young adults who want to learn the reading of the Quran from scratch. In 50 easy lessons, students can learn Tajweed.

Course Description: Tajweed Course is for those who would like to quickly review and improve upon their existing skill of tajweed. The course is simple and addresses the common difficulties faced by many people.

Course 1 (Understand Quran & Salah - the easy way)
Course Description: This is the first course in Understand Quran Series. The course covers 50% of Quranic vocabulary through understanding the complete Salah, and Azkar and Duas in it. The course is taught with a unique method called Total Physical Interaction (TPI).

Course 2 (Understand Al-Qur’an - the Easy Way Al-Baqarah: Verse: 1 to 37)
Course Description: This book is the second in this series. It covers 5 pages of Surah Al-Baqarah. To make the Qur'an easy to learn and remember, Qur’anic text is divided into four pointers at each page and phrases used to help in memorizing the meaning of new words. After completing this book you will find only 2 new words (out of 9 words) per line which means that you will know 80% of the words! In the grammar portion, you will learn 3-letter verbs with weak letters ( معتل أفعال).

Course 3 (Understand Al-Qur’an - the Easy Way Al-Baqarah: Verse: 38 to 76)
Course Description: This book is the third installment of the series. It covers the next 5 pages of Surah Al-Baqrah (6 to 10). The pattern is the same as the previous book in the sense of pointers, phrases etc. Mazeed-Feeh verbs (sound as well as weak) taught in the grammar part. Once you complete this book, you will know 90% of the Qur’anic words (provided you continue studying Surah Al-Baqarah). For example, you will find, on an average, only 1 new word (out of 9) per line.

Course 4 (Understand Al-Qur’an - the Easy Way Al-Baqarah: Verse: 77 to 105)
Course Description: Course-4 of this series covers the another next 5 pages of Surah Al-Baqarah (11 15) with the same style. In grammar portion of this book, we taught additional Sarf and introduced Nahw, as Nahw part will help us to understand the construction of Arabic sentences. After completing this book, you will know more than 90% of the Qur’anic words InshaAllah (provided you continue studying Surah Al-Baqarah). You will also know additional Sarf and basics of Nahw too.

Course 5 (Understand Al-Qur’an - the Easy Way Al-Baqarah: Verse: 106 to 141)
Course Description: Course-5 is the 5th installment of this series which covers the last 5 pages of Juz: 1. (16 to 20) with the same style. In grammar, important lessons of Nahw are taught. After completing this book, you will know more than 90% of the Qur’anic words InshaAllah (provided you continue studying Surah Al-Baqarah).
